Empowers people in crisis and transition by distributing free personalized 24-hour voice mail to phoneless participants for the purposes of seeking employment and/or housing, and maintaining contact with doctors, teachers, friends and family. Also for use by victims of domestic violence with OR without a phone for the purpose of safe communications.
